Ludwig van Beethoven's Piano Sonata opus 27 no. 2 in C sharp minor, often called the "Moonlight Sonata", is one of the composer's most popular works. The first movement is particularly well known and often learned for amateur performances. Thus, it is unsurprising that the work, and particularly its first movement, should frequently appear in works of popular culture. Behzad Mirkhani transcribed and performed a version of the "Moonlight Sonata" by solo nylon guitar in his 2004 album "70 Minutes with Guitar Romances".

		Arranged for the classical guitar by Behzad Mirkhani. The Rákóczi March is the unofficial state anthem of Hungary. The first version of the march-song was probably created around 1730 by one or more anonymous composers, although the tradition says that it was the favourite march of Francis Rakoczi II. Hector Berlioz included the music in his composition "The Damnation of Faust" in 1846. The Berlioz-version became a popular folk-music in Hungary, especially on weddings. Today the Rákóczi March is mostly played on state and military celebrations. Behzad Mirkhani has transcribed this popular theme for solo fingerstyle guitar in tablature and standard guitar notation.
